If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receipt for a partial refund. However, the following conditions must be met:
Unopened and Unused: The product box must remain unopened, with the items in their original sealed condition. Stickers must be untouched.
Return Fees: Returns are subject to a 25 AED pickup fee. The original delivery fee may also not be refunded, as determined by Piston on a case-by-case basis.
Manufacturer Defects:
If the item you received is damaged or defective due to a manufacturing issue, you are eligible for a full refund, including delivery and return fees. In such cases:
The box may be opened.
Proof of the condition (e.g., photos) must be provided.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges within 30 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:
The product box must remain unopened, with the items in their original sealed condition.
Stickers must be untouched, and the product must show no signs of use.
The replacement item must be of equal or lesser value.
Exchange Fees: A 50 AED fee applies for pickup of the original item and delivery of the replacement.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Additional Notes
Items that do not meet the return or exchange criteria will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
Piston reserves the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not comply with this policy.
